Job Title		Purchase Executive
Job Responsibility:-
Research potential vendors based on BOQ Item Good knowledge of all construction related products. Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing with maximum credit period Track orders and ensure timely delivery on site Review quality of purchased products from site team Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analysis Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed with site team coordination Attend trade shows and exhibitions to stay up-to-date with industry trends for latest brand and materials. Yearly 5% saving from existing purchase amount. Preparing comparative statement after proper analysis of offers both technically and commercially. Requirements and skill:- Experience as a Purchasing Executive in construction industry only. Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating and liaising with vendors) Hands-on experience with purchasing Understanding of supply chain procedures Solid analytical skills, with the ability to create financial reports and conduct cost analyses Negotiation skills Good speaking skills About the company :-             XYZ Ltd.
