- Creating Product & Mould Design Of Plastic Parts With Assistance From Sr. Designer
Responsibility & Deliverable:-
- Delivering All Detail Drgs, BOM To CNC Programming & Shop Floor
- Maintain Track Record Of Modification,
- Repairing Work & Records
- Standardization Of Mold Design
Task & Activities:-
- Delivering Mold Design & Detail Drgs & Track Record
- All Mold Design Should Be Completed At One Go, And Should Be Handed Over To CNC Prg. & Mold Assembly Along With Approved Product Drg. & Hand Written Updated Job Card. Hand Over BOM To Project Planner For Matl Readiness
- Communicate With Shop Floor And Assy Section To Ensure Mold Is Being Manufactured As Designed
- Update The Drgs & Records If Any Modifications Are Done During Manufacturing / Trial And Ensure Always Latest Data Is Available In The System, Update The PDM Also
- Old Mold Repairing Job Card To Be Made With Details Of Work Done Along With Pictures For Billing Purpose
- Standardization Of Mold Parts & Design
- Keeping Standard Mold Parts As Much Possible And Should Be Used From Design Library
- Measurement & Metrics For Appraisal
- Number Of Complete Mold Design Handed Over / Week / Month
- Number Of Error Found In Mold Design ( Should Be Least)
- Mistakes Are Ok But Never To Be Repeated / Learn From Mistakes
- Number Of Contribution For Design Library/ Month
- Number Of Repair To Be Done Due To Mold Design Error
