Job Title-Food Engineer
Job Responsibility:-
  • Should have experience in Food Management, Food Quality Assurance/ Quality Control, Research & Development in Food Industry.
  • Should have scientific knowledge of Chemical and Biological Processes to design effective processing and packaging solutions for food. Well versed with the processing of Raw materials to finished goods Products.
  • Planning, Scheduling Monitoring and Management of Production Process to maintain consistent food safety of Product, food safety standards, Risk Assessment, Emergency Plan, Hazard Identification.
  • Oversee the maintenance, repair, and replacement of production equipment to ensure smooth work operations.
  • Prepare periodic reports to update upper management on food production activities.
  • Conduct forecast to identify potential risks and contingencies in a proposed project.
