- He /she will be responsible to lead a quality control team to achieve expected performance (QHSE and OTD) and act as MR to ensure compliance to Industry Standard like API, ASTM, NACE etc.
- This role also has a secondary role to act as a Quality SME for Product Development and develop suppliers in specific disciplines.
Roles & Responsibilities as Quality Engineer
- Lead team of quality engineering in day to day to operation and, manage inspection and measurement function on day to day operation.
- Approve the components during development stage and managed direct dealing with in-house engineering team for any quality issues for development items
- Monitors transactions in ERP for NCs and CA ensuring actions are timely and accurate.
- Responsible for document management systems in QUALTY activities
- Maintain a high level of product standard requirement as per API / ASTM and other standard.
- To provide quality documentation to all our international Customers
- Maintain all inspection equipment’s Measurement and Test Equipment (micrometres, calipers, CMMs,etc.)
- Conduct internal audits and, lead NC closure.
- Liaise with Mgnt on implementation of latest updates of API/ ISO .
- Act Auditee in ISO/ API audit

- Verbal and written communication using English is compulsory.

- Should be able to work on dynamics environment and deliver project per schedule.
- Proficient in handling multi functions stake holders like quality, supply chain, Manufacturing

Roles & Responsibilities as Management Representative
- Knowledge of API Standard API Spec Q1.
- Well aware with Quality Management System - ISO 9001: 2015.
- Extensive experience of "Auditing - Internal Processes & External Suppliers / Sub-Contractors".
- Actively participating for establishing & implementing the Quality Management System.
- Conduct Contract Review including Customer Specifications, related industry standards and exceptions/clarifications.
- Preparation of "ITP / QAP, Pressure Test Report & dimensional inspection report".
- Developed ten plus Product release report / checklist.
- Preparation of Procedures & Work Instructions.
- Verification of Compliance to the agreed quality requirements and release of products.
- Trend Analysis of Customer complaints & Internal NCR's - It's Records & Control with CAPA.
- Set the Process wise KPI's & achieve it to ful fill the QMS Requirements.
- Performing - Hydro-static Testing Witness, Painting Inspection & Final Product Release.
- Data Book review & it's submission to Customer.
- Actively participation in Product implementation & it's quality.
