Job Title	-	Management Representative cum Quality Engg.
Job Responsibility:-
Following ISO and Product standards procedures and protocols. Updating and maintaining ISO documents. Certify the company for ISO standards for quality, and CE/ IS certification of its respective products. Responsible for Product License. Formulate & Implement Quality Systems in the company. Knowledge of how to use Measuring Instruments. Handling of Third Party Inspection Agency (TPIA). Responsible for Overall Quality and certification Department activity. Responsible for In-coming Material Inspection. Responsible for In-Process and Final Able to research for new product development and relevant required testing equipment’s. Testing & Inspection.Monitoring and analysis of rejections. Responsible for Calibration of Testing Equipment /Instruments in Lab as well as for Machinery in Shop floor. Implementation of 6’s in both factory & premises. Responsible for Handling of customer inspection, Third Party Inspection, Audits and complaints. Generating checklist for Quality standards at shop floor / lab. Preparing SOP wherever required. Conducting Supplier audits as per plan. Projects/ works assigned by Management. (Original Company Name Hide) is Manufacturer & Exporter of N-95 mask, PE and non woven shoe cover, swine flu mask, dust mask,Tie mask, disposable mask, ear loop mask, bouffant caps, face mask & surgical mask in Mumbai, India.           XYZ Has in house product testing equipments for N-95 Masks, Swine flu mask, Dust Mask, Tie mask, Disposable mask, Earloop mask complying with NIOSH, CE and ISI Standard.           At present XYZ has more than 400 customers all over India covering 60 cities and a daily production capacity of 1.5 million pcs. Our products are also exported to USA, South Africa, Mauritius, Mexico, Ukrain, Tunisia & Vietnam.           XYZ has ISO Certification & CE Marking on all their products complying with European Standards. XYZ has left no stone unturned in making their product one of the best in the market.           Our other range of products are as follows: N 95 Masks, PE and non woven shoe cover, dust mask, filtering half mask, swine flu mask, tie mask, disposable mask, bouffant caps, face mask, ear loop mask, surgical caps.
