Job Title-Structural Design Head 
Job Responsibility:-
Important Note - 
1) Candidate should have good working experience in STADD software. 
2) Candidate should have good experience in Racking, Steel Structure design, Steel Building, Pre-engineered Building design.

  2. Candidate should lead, manage, Guide, Hand hold, train & develop the design & Engineering team & each stage in the overall process.
  3. Position requires thorough knowledge of steel structural design & engineering techniques used in the designing, manufacturing & assembly of Racking Systems.
  4. Provide application solutions to customers unique problem cases.
  5. Test products as per latest European, America & Australian racking codes & prepare load tables.
  6. Perform rolled & structural steel calculations as per IS,EN & international code.
  7. Implement methods & techniques for quick Layout Planning, Design optimization, Standardization & codification of parts.
  8. To prepare & approve, production and other drawings, BOM/BOQ etc. Responsible to plan and conduct independent work requiring judgement in the evaluation, selection, application and adaptation of engineering techniques, procedures and criteria.
  9. Knowledge of Different grades of Steel to use in Racking & Steel structures. Devise new approaches to problems, and prepare or modify drawings, specifications, calculations, charts & graphs, and monitor work for compliance to applicable codes, accepted engineering practices.
  10. Candidate will be fully responsible for all structural design, checking & releasing of drawings to production dept, installation team, etc.
  11. New Product development. Resolve any technical queries raised by clients. Cost estimation, etc.
  12. Direct and supervise other designers/drafters activities.
  13. Handle routine department administration.
  14. Use computer-assisted engineering and design software and equipment to prepare engineering design documents.
  15. Organize draft and coordinate technical documents. Capable and experienced in managing and performing projects in a fast paced environment.
