Recruitment & Selection
- Handling End to End recruitment across all levels of positions.
- Finalizing of compensation with the selected candidates.
- Providing monthly reports on the recruitment status to the senior management.
Joining Formalities
- Drafting of compensation structure and salary break up.
- Execution of the final offer and appointment letters.
- Verification calls to confirm the earlier employment and reference check call
- Collection of necessary documents from the candidates to maintain their record file.
Induction / Training & Development
- Conducting the Induction program for new joiners at all levels.
- Induction program includes Joining formalities, Company profile introduction and explaining policies and procedures.
- Identify the training needs of employees and coordinating with the training dept to fill the gap and help to improve employee skill as well as productivity.
Performance Appraisal
- Manage subordinates performance on yearly basis.
- Issue appraisal/promotion letters to the employees.
- Handling probationary reviews and providing confirmation letters.
Grievance Handling
- Acting as a liaison between Management and Employees to achieve the Organizational goal efficiently.
- Providing a friendly work environment by effective and timely resolution of employee Grievances.
- Working to resolve employee complaints involving working conditions, disciplinary actions, etc. according to company policies and procedures.
Payroll Processing
- Generate the attendance report for the salary process.
- Verification of attendance from muster rolls and leaves records and attendance regularization.
- Prepares the Salary Sheet and submit to the accounts department for the further procedure of salary.
- Calculation of annual bonus and leave encashment
Employee Engagement
- Celebrating festivals and employees birthday
- Implementing engagement activities for employees like family day out, annual picnics & completions.
Exit Formalities
- Conduct Exit Interview.
- Full and final settlement procedure.
- Issuing Experience letter/ Relieving letters.
- Assuring proper handing over of work and office instruments to management by the employee.
HR Operations
- Maintaining attendance & leaves records of the employees.
- Drafting of Memo, Warning Letter, Termination Order, Notice, Circular etc.
- Preparing MIS report of all division
- Meetings with Business Heads regarding Marketing Executives performance.
- Awareness Program related the Sexual Harassment Act.
- Loan approval processing& Salary advance
- Liasoning with Consultants regarding PF & ESIC, PT related Issues.
- Handling third party payroll related issues.
