Job Title	-	PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR
Job Responsibility:-
Note - Candidate Should must have Experience in Plastic Industries  Execution of daily, weekly / monthly production plan. To assist Production Manager to take corrective and preventive actions based on IPC test and customer complaints. To co-ordinate with area supervisor of other department for related activities. Process control and documentation of production related activities. Identify and report the areas, where changes can be done to reduce the manufacturing cost, without deviating the system. To Co-ordinate with maintenance department for breakdown or maintenance of machine. To train the operator / helpers on related activities. Co-ordination with QA for maintaining BMR. To assist Production manager in the up gradation and new equipment’s in the plant. To identify and procure resources requirements in respected area. To identify the needs of training among the workman and impart the training. To carry out statistical techniques and implement them. Focus to accomplish company's values, vision & mission.
