Job Title	-	MARKETING MANAGER
Job Responsibility:-
Develop plans and strategies for developing new business and achieving the company’s sales goals. Locate opportunities to expand client base. Networks with prospective clients to persuade them to bring their business to the company. Works to foster lasting relationships with client base. Accomplish specific monthly, quarterly, or annual sales goals. Works to ensure sales and productivity goals are met. Managing & Leading Sales. Define sales processes that drive desired sales outcomes and identify improvements where and when required. Presents information regarding clients and sales at company meetings. Devises new and innovative ways to market products and services. Attend Exhibitions & Conferences. Leads in-house seminars and workshops to help improve the effectiveness and productivity of the sales team. Assists in designing marketing and promotional materials both in print and online. Conducts independent research into target consumer base. Monitor customer, market and competitor activity and provide feedback to the company leadership team and other company functions. Travel for in-person meetings with customers and partners and to develop key relationships.
