Job Responsibility:-
Good / Excellent English Communication. Develop and implement HR Policies & strategies aligned with the overall business strategy & its Handling end to end recruitment. Follow-up with HR Consulting Agency. Salary Negotiation. Process pay sheet in excel as well as in Software. (Spine Software) Assess training needs of the different groups of employees. Preparing Yearly & Monthly training calendar. Preparation of monthly & Annual Challans of PF, PT, MLWF & submission of same to concerned authorities in time. Maintain systematic information about the individual, employee history, characteristic, performance record, promotions, other records, resume data bank, additional qualifications and remarkable achievements including Training records.
