Job Title		Admin Executive
Job Responsibility:-
On time & error free Salary Processing of Housekeeping & Security Training to security Team for things to be observe & Ensure CCTV monitor from security every next day morning & maintain Handbook of observation Training to Housekeeping Supervisor on cleaning & observation & Reports to be maintained Laundry system by checking weekly wash report & clothes allotment Stationary management :- purchasing, ordering, stock maintaining and distribution of office supplies like stationeries, printing consumables etc and maintaining track of the same Maintain Canteen stock monthly & Petty cash reports Adhere each SOP for any facility to be allotted or any new employee activity Ensure food & facility allotment to guests as per emails & requisition received from concern departments Vouchers collecting and verifications as per policy for various purposes like Local, petty cash, outstation etc. Travel Desk –Hotel, Train & Flight bookings also VISA process Ensure adherence of health & safety & allotment of safety precautions One time full premise visit in a day & maintain observation Hand book with remarks & discuss with HR every day in next morning for anything to be improved in system. Civil work for structure repairs and maintenance Furniture Repairs & Upkeep Electrical Repairs and upkeep Maintaining Medical Stock and upkeep of the First Aid Kits at the required places Arranging Quotations of Vendors for different maintenance procedures Employee Grievance Facility Provision Asset Management Fire Safety Management Event Management Register Maintenance of Drainage, Snake treatment Sister concern companies work & implement the Admin procedures as an when required About the Company:-             XYZ (Original company name hide) has grown to be a well-known comprehensive global solution provider in its field of expertise.
