๐Ÿ“‹ Job Responsibility:-
  • Important Note- Tally ERP software is used in the company. Tally software training will be provided.
  • Segregation of various stock items as per ABC Analysis.
  • Making the comparative statement for a item from various suppliers with reference to rate / quality / reliability.
  • Presenting the comparative statement to Management.
  • Negotiations with suppliers.
  • Placement of PO on selected supplier / follow ups for supply / co –ordination with Accounts for maintaining agreed payment terms.
  • To guide storekeeper to make acceptance / rejection MEMO as the case may be.
  • To co-ordinate for day to day requirements / long delivery requirements with Production GM / AGM.
  • To give a weekly presentation of activities of the week to Director / GM / AGM on weekend.
