| 1) Well versed with marketing strategies of steel products.(Hot Rolled Coils , Hot Rolled Plates Cold rolled products and Other Products including Structural Steel like Beams, Angles, Channels etc.Understanding the End customers actual requirements, TC, TDC etc.) 2) Coordinating with top management for formulating corporate goals, short term and long term budgets and developing business plans for the achievement of these goals. 3) Managing profit centre Analysing reviewing the market response requirements and communicating the same to various Internal teams for accomplishment of the business goals. 4) Driving sales initiatives to achieve business Targets. 5) Timely collection of Payments, (RTGS, CHEQUE, or LC ). 6) Increase the company market share and add new customers to the customers Database. 7) Presenting offers and negotiating about technical and financial aspects. 8) Achieving sales targets. 9) Ensuring speedy resolution of queries. 10) Maintaining excellent relations with clients to generate avenues for further business. 11) Ensuring maximum customer satisfaction. 12) Providing direction to the sales to ensure optimum performance. 13) Implementing brand promotion activities. 14) Should be able to Buy and Sell on his own accord. 15) Help to achieve the Top Line and Bottom Line of the company. 16) Must target END USERS and CONSUMERS. 17) Must do any thing that is required by the Top management.
