Job Title		Head Purchase Coordinator
Job Responsibility
Responsibilities :- Developing and implementing purchasing strategies. Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing Track orders and ensure timely deliveries Research potential vendors Maintain updated records purchased products, delivery information and incentives. Prepare reports on purchase including cost analysis. Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed. Maintaining the supplier database, purchase records and related documents. Preparing cost estimates and managing budgets. Requirements :- Proven work experience in Purchasing Manager or similar role (from Pharma Industry only) Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating, liaising with vendors. Deep knowledge of inventory and supply chain management. Proficiency in MS Office and purchasing software. Solid analytical skills with the ability to create financial reports and conduct cost analysis. Negotiation skills. Excellent English communications skills both written and verbal. Presentable and well groomed.
