Job Responsibility:-
  • Good / Excellent English Communication.
  • Develop and implement HR Policies & strategies aligned with the overall business strategy & its
  • Handling end to end recruitment.
  • Follow-up with HR Consulting Agency.
  • Salary Negotiation.
  • Process pay sheet in excel as well as in Software. (Spine Software)
  • Assess training needs of the different groups of employees. Preparing Yearly & Monthly training calendar.
  • Preparation of monthly & Annual Challans of PF, PT, MLWF & submission of same to concerned authorities in time.
  • Maintain systematic information about the individual, employee history, characteristic, performance record, promotions, other records, resume data bank, additional qualifications and remarkable achievements including Training records.
  • Communicating the Workers/Employees about new changes in Organization & about various schemes like Suggestion, Grievance etc.
