Job Title		Procurement and Logistics Executive
Job Responsibility:-
Procurement and Logistics Executive:- As a Procurement and Logistics Executive, you will be responsible for the below activities. Branch Transfers:- To review the individual Branch Requests/Service Department Requests. Send request to warehouse to effect the Branch transfer of Goods/Spares/Demo Goods via Tally. Co-ordinate with individual Branch/Transporter /Courier Company for Road permits/E-way bills /E-invoices/Additional Documents etc. Maintain Proper Physical Records for the same. Effect the relevant transfer in MERS Inventory Management:- Updating of imported goods in MERS and GRN in Tally Periodic review of stock at Warehouse VS Branch Requirement. Routine & Case Specific warehouse visits for stock review/Pallet optimization & Repackaging of Goods POS Management-Rental Asset Fleet Printing & Purchase & Distribution:- Cater to Branch requests for Printed stationery/Product Brochures/Visiting Cards/Challans /etc. Purchase & Distribution of Disinfection Material/Packaging Material for Pan India Branches/Warehouse from registered vendors /other vendors Verification of Related Purchases / Warehouse / Transporters / Courier Bills. The skills you will need:- MS Office. Working Knowledge of Tally Knowledge of Imports will be an added advantage. Ability to work under pressure. Ability to stick to deadlines.
