Warranty Handler

Job Summary: 
We are looking for an experienced Warranty Handler with 2 to 10 years of experience in the automobile industry. The ideal candidate should have a technical background in ITI Diesel Mechanic or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and be proficient in MS Office, Outlook, and basic internet operations.

Traveling from Nalasopara Station to Nalasopara Highway a distance of 7.8 km in approximately 39 minutes by rickshaw

Responsibility:
1.Review and validate warranty claims
2.Ensure compliance with warranty guidelines and policies.
3.Coordinate with technical teams to assess product issues and determine warranty eligibility.
4.Maintain accurate records of all warranty transactions and communications.
5.Communicate claim decisions, with  customers.
6.Analyze warranty data to identify trends and areas for improvement
