Job Summary :
We are looking to hire a Warehouse Supervisor for an E-Commerce company. Candidates should have 1 to 2 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably within the e-commerce sector. A minimum qualification of HSC is required, along with working knowledge of Excel tools such as VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, and Pivot Tables. The role includes supervising daily warehouse activities, ensuring efficient inventory management, and team coordination. The salary budget is up to ₹2.4 LPA.

From Vasai Station to Golani Naka, the company is approximately 7.9 km away and takes around 27 minutes by rickshaw.
Job Role and Responsibilities:
1.Daily Operations: Manage and streamline all warehouse activities, ensuring smooth order processing.
2.Team Leadership: Delegate tasks, supervise packing staff, and ensure productivity.
3.Inventory Management: Monitor, organize, and maintain accurate inventory levels.
4.Administrative Duties: Handle documentation, staff scheduling, and compliance with company policies.
5.Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse.
Qualifications:
1.Experience in warehouse management, preferably in e-commerce.
2.Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills.
3.Familiarity with inventory and warehouse management systems.
