Key Responsibilities:
1.Program and operate Vertical Machining Centers (VMC) for precise machining of components
2.Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications for machining tasks
3.Set up machines, select proper tools, and adjust settings for optimal machining performance
4.Monitor machine operations and make adjustments to ensure quality standards are met
5.Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshoot machine issues
6.Ensure safety protocols and quality control procedures are followed during operations
Required Skills:
1.Proficiency in VMC programming (e.g., G-code, M-code, CNC programming)
2.Experience with CNC machine operation and setup
3.Strong knowledge of machining techniques and tool selection
4.Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints
5.Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
