We are looking for an experienced VMC (Vertical Machining Center) Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have 3-8 years of experience in operating and maintaining VMC machines, ensuring efficient production processes, and maintaining quality standards.
Machine Operation and Setup:
1.Operate VMC machines to produce components as per engineering specifications.
2.Set up machines, tools, and fixtures for production runs.
3.Load raw materials and monitor the machining process.
4.Program Understanding and Execution:
5.Read and interpret CNC programs, drawings, and instructions.
6.Make minor adjustments to programs if required to ensure accurate machining.
