Store Manager

📝 Job Summary:
We are looking for a Store Manager with experience in the engineering or manufacturing industry to manage and oversee inventory and supply chain operations within our factory. The ideal candidate must be proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and have hands-on experience in inventory management systems or ERP software. The Store Manager will be responsible for handling raw materials, spare parts, tools, and finished goods to ensure efficient coordination between the procurement and production teams, maintaining uninterrupted production flow.

Travelling Details:
The company is located on Harampur Road, approximately 15 minutes from Manor. The distance from Palghar Station to Manor is about 35 to 40 minutes by road.
Total travel time from Palghar Station to the company is approximately under one hour.

🔧 Job Responsibilities:
1.Manage and monitor inventory levels of raw materials, spare parts, tools, and finished goods.
2.Oversee material receiving, proper storage, and timely issuance.
3.Maintain accurate stock records and conduct regular physical stock audits.
4.Optimize warehouse space utilization and ensure cleanliness and safety standards are followed.
5.Collaborate with procurement, production, and logistics teams for seamless material movement.
6.Track inventory consumption and reorder supplies as necessary to prevent shortages.
7.Use ERP software for inventory tracking, data entry, and generating reports.
8.Ensure all store-related documentation is properly maintained and updated.
