Job Summary:
We are currently hiring for the position of Store Executive. The ideal candidate should have 2 to 8 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, preferably with exposure to managing store operations related to manufacturing products. B.Com qualification is required, and proficiency in Tally software is essential. The salary budget for this role is capped at 3 lakh per annum.
Travelling Details:
The job location is approximately 3.2 km from Kandiwali Station, with a travel time of around 12 minutes to reach Charkop.
1) Receive, inspect, and properly store incoming materials and parts.
2) Maintain accurate records of stock levels, inward/outward entries, and daily transactions.
3) Update inventory records in Excel and ensure data accuracy.
4) Issue materials to production and other departments as per requirement and maintain proper documentation.
5) Ensure materials are stored safely and systematically to avoid damage or loss.
6) Perform periodic physical stock verification and reconcile with system records.
7) Coordinate with the purchase and production departments for material requirements.
8) Prepare reports on stock status, usage trends, and reorder levels.
