Store Associate

JOB SUMMARY:

The Store/Warehouse Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day inventory operations, ensuring accurate stock records, and maintaining an organized and safe storage environment. With at least 1 year of experience, the candidate will handle tasks such as inventory control, receiving and dispatching goods, record keeping, and maintaining compliance with safety regulations. The role may also involve coordinating with suppliers, supervising staff, and assisting with minor maintenance tasks. This position, offering a salary of ₹1.7 LPA, plays a key role in optimizing inventory levels, reducing waste, and ensuring efficient store operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Inventory Management:
1.Maintaining accurate records of stock levels, receipts, and withdrawals. 
2.Ensuring proper storage and organization of goods,
3.Identifying and addressing discrepancies in stock levels. 
4.Recommending and implementing strategies to optimize inventory levels and reduce waste.

Receiving and Dispatching:
1.Receiving, unloading, and shelving supplies. 
2.Inspecting deliveries for damage or discrepancies and reporting them. 
3.Packing and labeling goods for dispatch. 
4.Coordinating the handling of freight and movement of equipment.

Record Keeping:
1.Maintaining accurate records of transactions, including receipts, withdrawals, and stock movements. 
2.Preparing and submitting reports related to inventory and stock levels.

Store Operations:
1.Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe working environment. 
2.Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and safety standards. 
3.Supervising other staff members (if applicable).

Other Duties:
1.May be responsible for ordering supplies and coordinating with suppliers. 
2.May assist with minor repairs and maintenance within the store or warehouse. 
3.May be involved in pricing and labeling goods.
