Job Summary:
XYZ . is seeking an experienced Social Media Advertising Specialist to create, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and LinkedIn. The ideal candidate will drive lead generation, increase brand visibility, and deliver measurable results in the B2B manufacturing sector.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop and manage data-driven ad campaigns on Google Ads and LinkedIn to achieve marketing objectives.
2.Performance Optimization: Analyze metrics such as CTR, CPC, and ROI to improve campaign performance through A/B testing and insights-based adjustments.
3.Budget Management: Allocate and track advertising budgets for maximum ROI, providing detailed reports on performance.
Collaboration:
1.Work with the marketing team to align campaigns with business goals and coordinate with external vendors when required.
2.Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Requirements:
1.Experience: 2-4 years of hands-on experience with Google Ads and LinkedIn campaigns in the B2B sector.
2.Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field.
3.Certifications: Google Ads and/or LinkedIn Marketing certifications (preferred).
Skills: Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager), excellent teamwork and communication skills, and ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
