Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Service Manager-Technical to lead our service operations within the technical manufacturing sector. This role is responsible for managing a team of field service engineers and technicians, ensuring top-tier service delivery, technical support, and customer satisfaction across all post-sales functions.
Travelling Details:
The job location is approximately 8 km from Vasai Railway Station, with a travel time of around 23 minutes to reach Dhumal Nagar.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of service technicians and engineers.
2. Oversee the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of manufactured equipment at customer sites.
3. Coordinate with production, Automation, R&D, and quality teams to resolve technical issues and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent technical service and support.
5. Manage spare parts inventory and service tools.
6. Handle escalations and support complex technical problem-solving.
7. Prepare service reports, budgets, forecasts, and performance reviews.
8. Training Sessions and knowledge sharing across the team.
