Service Engineer (Field)

Job Summary:
Entry-level Electrical Engineering graduate (Diploma/BE) with up to 1 year experience needed for on-site installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial electrical equipment. Must know MS Office, travel to client sites, ensure safety, and earn up to ₹3 LPA.

Key Responsibilities Process and Review:
1.To close service tickets as per the stipulated turnaround time.
2.To help service sales team by generating service leads.
3.To communicate properly with customer and should be presentable in front of the customer.
4.To take care of installations of systems.
5.To oversee the installation and commissioning of energy systems, including KVH optimization system, renewable energy systems (e.g., wind turbines, solar panels), and related infrastructure.
6.To ensure that systems are installed according to specifications and industry standards.
7.To perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on energy systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
8.To diagnose and repair faults in mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems.
9.To replace or upgrade components as needed to extend the life of the equipment.
10.To provide on-site and remote troubleshooting support to identify and resolve issues with energy systems.
11.To rectify issues related to systems and co-ordinate with service sales team.
12.To maintain detailed records of service visits, including maintenance performed, parts replaced, and issues resolved.
