Seeking a motivated Service Coordinator with 1–2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will hold a bachelor's degree and be proficient in MS Office, CRM systems, and PowerPoint. Salary: up to ₹2.64 LPA.
Travelling Details:

Key Responsibility:
1.Customer handling , customer relationship management , CRM software handling experience , ERP software handling experience , basic knowledge of MS Office.
2.Assessment of the development of service plans based on service workflow
3.Providing Guidance and Supports to Engineers
4.Monitoring Engineer’s performance and Providing Training and feedback on Areas of improvement needed
5.Research, identification and review the records and metrics to understand Overall performance of the department
6.De-escalate customer complaints and resolve issues effectively or escalate as
needed.
7.Schedule and coordinate service appointments and follow-ups.
8.Liaise between customers, field service technicians, and internal departments to
ensure timely service delivery.
9.Monitor service queues and ensure all calls and tickets are addressed within
timelines.
10.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies.
11.Assist in maintaining call centre metrics, including response time, call resolution, and
customer satisfaction.
