Service Advisor

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Service Advisor for the automobile industry with 2 to 10 years of experience. The candidate should have strong communication and customer-handling skills along with knowledge of MS Office, Outlook, and internet browsing. Educational qualifications include ITI in Diesel Mechanic or Diploma in Mechanical. The salary offered is up to ₹8.5 LPA.

Job Responsibility:
1.Open and maintain detailed job cards for all service work.
2.Record customer complaints and required services precisely.
3.Coordinate with technicians and workshop to ensure smooth workflow.
4.Follow up on service progress and keep customers informed.
5.Ensure timely delivery of serviced vehicles/products.
6.Collect customer feedback and address any post-service concerns.
7.Recommend additional services and products when appropriate.
8.Meet monthly service sales and customer satisfaction targets.
9.Maintain service records, warranty documents, and reports."
