Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to drive sales growth directly and through a sales team in North India. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of storage systems products, a strong business sense, and expertise in the storage systems industry. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, building long-lasting customer relationships, and ensuring high-quality installations at customer sites.

1.The candidate must have extensive knowledge of the storage systems products, parts & functions.
2.Prepare & deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to customers & prospective customers
3.Achieve growth & hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
4.Build & promote strong, long-lasting customer relationship by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
5.Candidate should have strong business sense & storage systems industry expertise.
6.candidate should have excellent mentoring, coaching & people management skills.
