Senior Sales Engineer with 6–10 years of experience in manufacturing, holding a Bachelor’s in Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation Engineering. You’ll combine deep technical knowledge with strategic sales skills—leading pre-sales demos, crafting tailored proposals, negotiating deals, building customer and channel partnerships, and mentoring junior engineers—all within an ₹8.5 LPA salary cap.

Job Resposibility:
1) Understand client needs and offer appropriate control panel solutions.
2) Conduct product presentations and site visits.
3) Collaborate with internal teams for proposal and pricing.
4) Track sales metrics and customer feedback.
5) Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
6) Knowledge of industrial automation/control panels.
