Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled and proactive Installation & Project Supervisor to oversee the planning, management, and supervision of rack and storage system installations up to 40 meters in height. The ideal candidate should have strong execution capabilities, expertise in engineering project management, and experience in rack installation.
1.Candidate will be responsible for Planning, Managing & supervising Installation of racks & storage systems upto 40mtrs height.
2.Experience in rack installation will be an advantage; should be able to plan work schedules at multiple sites prepare & execute installation schedule; manage manpower; should have thorough execution capabilities.
3.Candidate should be well versed with Engineering Project management techniques.
4.should be able to understand & guide works on various tools & techniques e.g out-of-plumb, line dori, straightness etc, to ensure correctness of the installation.
5.Ensuring safety of workers at site. Should have good understanding of drawings, should be able to self-communicate with client & complete installation as per drawings & customer requirements.
6.Act proactively for existing & upcoming sites. Select & manage Installation contractors.
7.Plan & mobilize installation team to site.
8.Prepare & submit installation & erection Plans & Charts as per standards & customer requirements on Gantt Charts etc.
