Senior Accounts Manager (CA / CA Enter)

Note - Must be a local candidate residing between Virar to Andheri for easy daily travel to Nalasopara Highway.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chartered Accountant or CA Inter with 3-4 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment. The candidate will play a critical role in overseeing financial operations, ensuring compliance, and contributing to the company's strategic financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:
1.Financial Management:
o Prepare and manage financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
o Monitor and analyze financial performance and provide insights for decision-making.

2.Taxation & Compliance:
o Handle direct and indirect taxation, including GST, TDS, and income tax filings.
o Ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements.

3.Auditing:
o Conduct internal audits and coordinate with external auditors.
o Ensure adherence to company policies and financial controls.

4.Cost Management:
o Analyze and control costs to improve profitability.
o Work closely with production and operations teams to optimize financial efficiency.

5.MIS Reporting:
o Prepare monthly MIS reports for management review.
o Highlight key financial metrics and variances.

6.Process Improvement:
o Identify opportunities for improving financial processes and systems.
o Implement best practices for financial management in a manufacturing setup.
