Job Summary:
We are looking for a married female candidate to join our organization as an Accounts Executive. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting skills and experience in managing the entire accounts department. The role includes handling invoices, billing, purchase entries, GST compliance, and ledger maintenance. The candidate must be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of independently managing financial operations. Immediate joining within 15 days is required.
Important Note - Location: Naigaon (near Naigaon station). • Working Hours: 10am to 6:30 pm • Travel Expense: ₹50 daily but the company does not pay any conveyance extra
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Invoices: Create and manage sales invoices accurately and timely.
2. Billing: Handle billing operations efficiently and resolve any discrepancies.
3. Purchase Entry: Record and maintain all purchase-related transactions.
4. GST Compliance: Prepare data for GST workings and coordinate with the CA for online filings.
5. Accounts Ledger Maintenance: Maintain and reconcile accounts ledgers regularly.
6. Accounts Department Management: Oversee and manage the entire accounts department to ensure smooth financial operations.
