Job Responsibility :-
1) Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new business opportunities.
2) Promote and sell a wide range of fasteners to various industries, including construction, automotive, and manufacturing.
3) Conduct market research to identify potential customers and understand their needs.
4) Prepare and deliver product presentations and proposals to clients.
5) Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sales agreements.
6) Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
7) Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments.
8) Provide excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and timely resolution of issues.
9) Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.
• Key Requirements:
1) Proven experience as a Sales Representative, preferably in the fastener or related industries.
2) Strong understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
3) Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
4) Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
6) A results-driven approach with a focus on achieving targets.
7) Willingness to travel to meet clients and attend industry events.
8) Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
