Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Sales Officer - Customer Relationship Manager to join our team. The role primarily involves managing client relationships, ensuring smooth order processing, coordinating between internal departments, and supporting sales growth initiatives.

Traveling from Vasai Station to Golani Naka a distance of 6.7 km in approximately 18 minutes by rickshaw
Key Responsibilities:
1. Act as the primary point of contact for clients for order tracking, handling complaints, and collecting after-sales feedback.
2. Ensure timely collection of purchase orders from clients.
3. Coordinate efficiently between clients, production, and dispatch departments to ensure smooth order execution and timely delivery.
4. Create and maintain sales orders in the system accurately.
5. Conduct monthly client follow-ups to generate repeat business and maintain client engagement.
6. Perform missed order analysis to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
7. Manage daily email communications with clients and internal teams professionally.
8. Support lead generation activities through cold calling and email campaigns to build a healthy sales pipeline.
9. Maintain proper documentation and timely reporting of sales activities and client interactions.
Skills Required:
