Job Profile: Sales and Business Development Manager

Responsibilities:
1. Sales and Business Development:
Drive sales and expand the export market for Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs).
Demonstrate expertise and prior experience in the pharmaceutical API industry to meet and exceed sales targets.

2. Client Relationships:
Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Identify and build trust with potential clients to develop new business opportunities.

3. Marketing:
Collaborate with the sales team to design and execute effective marketing strategies that align with company goals.
Contribute to promotional campaigns and outreach efforts to enhance market presence.

4. Documentation:
Maintain precise and up-to-date records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and feedback.
Prepare comprehensive reports for internal analysis and strategy refinement.

5. Sales Planning:
Develop detailed weekly and monthly plans for sales activities and collection targets.
Regularly review and adjust plans to adapt to market changes and client needs.

6. Customer Management:
Oversee customer accounts, addressing their needs and resolving issues promptly.
Identify and pursue new leads to broaden the customer base.

7. Quotations and Invoices:
Draft and submit quotations, proforma invoices, and sales orders accurately and on time.
Ensure clarity and compliance in all customer-facing documentation.

8. Market Intelligence:
Monitor and analyze market trends to refine marketing strategies and identify growth opportunities.
Stay updated on industry developments and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.

9. Follow-Up:
Regularly follow up with customers for purchase orders, order updates, and payment collections.
Ensure timely delivery of services and maintain customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle."
