Responsibilities: 

1) Preparing and implementing sales strategies to improve company revenue. 
2) Resolving issues of the clients in regards to the accounts. 
3) Supervising team members while handling clients' accounts. 
4) Acting as a point of contact between the clients and the internal team. 
5) Understanding the requirements and specifications of the clients. 
6) Preparing and presenting the reports on the account progress. 
7) Building a good relationship with the old and existing clients. 
8) Making sure accurate products and services are delivered on time. 
9) Recommending effective solutions to the clients. 
10) Researching and identifying prospective clients and generating leads. 
11) Taking feedbacks from the clients and working on them. 
12) Measuring, tracking, and analyzing key account metrics. 
13) Staying updated with industry and market trends and their best practices.

Should have working experience with:
1)Various municipal corporations all across Maharashtra.
2)Government organizations such as Railways, Navy, Airports, Defense, ONGC, Indian 
3)Oil, Bharat petroleum etc.
4)CSR organizations.
5)Identifying and appointment of dealers/agents who deal with govt. organizations all across country, 
6)Proven work experience as a Key Account Manager, or a similar role in the Sales department.  
7)Ability to handle multiple client accounts efficiently.  
8)Good oral and written communication skills.  
9)Experience in building a good relationship with clients. 
10)Excellent sales and negotiation skills.  
11)Ability to work under zero or minimal supervision.  
12)Ability to solve complex problems spontaneously. 
13)Ability to offer extraordinary customer service.
