Sales Engineer (Mechanical)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Engineer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for promoting and Industrial Valves product to clients while ensuring excellent customer service. This role requires strong technical knowledge, sales expertise, and effective communication skills in both Hindi and English.

Key Responsibilities:
1.Sales and Business Development:
o Identify and develop new business opportunities for engineering products.
o Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.

2.Product Promotion and Demonstration:
o Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to highlight features, benefits, and applications.
o Offer technical advice and assistance to clients regarding the use of products.

3.Client Engagement and Support:
o Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide pre- and post-sales support.
o Handle negotiations and close sales effectively to meet or exceed sales targets.

4.Market Analysis:
o Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth.
o Provide feedback to the management team regarding market dynamics and client requirements.

5. Reporting and Documentation:
o Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and activity summaries.
o Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.

Skills:
•Fluency in Hindi and English (spoken and written).
•Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
•Proven ability to achieve sales targets and handle client relationships effectively.
•Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
•Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
