Sales & Digital Marketing Executive

Compulsory Bond: The selected candidate will be required to sign a 1-year compulsory bond agreement with the company (if broken have to pay 2 months salary - penalty). This bond ensures the candidate’s commitment to the role for a minimum period of one year.

Document submission: The candidate will be required to submit the original 10th or 12th grade

Job Responsibilities:
Sales: 
1.Assist customers in selecting gifting products and bags based on their preferences and needs.
2.Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and offering product recommendations.
3.Maintain stock inventory and assist in managing product displays to ensure a visually appealing store.
4.Achieve sales targets by promoting products and offering upsells or cross-sells.
5.Process payments and handle cash or digital transactions efficiently.

Digital Marketing:
1.Manage and update social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) to showcase new products, promotions, and events.
2.Design and implement digital marketing campaigns to drive online sales and customer engagement.
3.Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing efforts (social media, email campaigns, ads) and report on results.
4.Collaborate with the team to create content, including photos, videos, and graphics, to highlight products.
5.Ensure a consistent brand voice and messaging across all digital platforms.
6.Maintain records of sales transactions and digital marketing campaigns for performance tracking.

Experience: Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in gifting or related products.

Skills:
1.Strong verbal and written communication skills.
2.Knowledge of digital marketing platforms (social media, email marketing).
3.Basic understanding of photo editing tools for creating marketing content is a plus.
4.Ability to handle customer queries and provide personalized service.
