Sales cum service engineer

Job Summary:
• The candidate will receive leads from platforms like IndiaMART and TradeIndia and coordinate with the office to schedule appointments and conduct meetings.
• The candidate must have a mechanical background.
• The candidate should reside nearby to facilitate travel from Vasai Station to Vasai Phata and from Vasai Phata to Parmar Techno Center.
• It is preferable if the candidate can ride a bike.
• The company is flexible regarding salary for the right candidate.
• The candidate should be willing to stay outside the city, as travel across India may be required for approximately 10 days per month.
• Candidate also get salary + incentive also

Job Description
1. The candidate must be on the field to meet customers and generate leads.
2. Provide alternative solutions to meet unique end-user, component, or installation criteria.
3. Develop sales and marketing strategies for key vertical market segments.
4. Represent the company in industry forums, conferences, and related events.
5. Plan and recommend products that precisely meet customer needs.
6. Participate in commercial negotiations.
7. Prepare tender documents and submit them in a timely manner.
8. Develop and implement product development and training programs for the Sales organization.
9. Travel across India, if needed, to meet clients and increase sales.
