Receptionist

Compulsory Bond: The selected candidate will be required to sign a 1-year compulsory bond agreement with the company (if broken have to pay 2 months salary - penalty). This bond ensures the candidate’s commitment to the role for a minimum period of one year.

Document submission: The candidate will be required to submit the original 10th or 12th grade.

Important Note - Candidate should have good communication skills in English, with at least 60% to 70% proficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
1.Greet and assist visitors, ensuring they are directed to the appropriate department or personnel.
2.Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.
3.Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
4.Maintain office supplies inventory and order supplies as needed.
5.Manage appointment scheduling and meeting room bookings.
6.Maintain office cleanliness and organization, including the reception area.
7.Assist with basic administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and document management.
8.Coordinate with other departments for day-to-day office operations.
9.Perform any other duties as required to ensure smooth office functioning.
10.Should be well dressed, well groomed, have to wear formals.
