We are looking for a person to drive continuous improvement and optimization of all processes in Quality Department.
Responsibilities:
1.Quality inspection: Inspecting products and production processes to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.
2.Record Keeping: Ensure to keep all records in place and update those on ERP system.
3.Raw materials testing: Setting up and performing tests on raw materials to ensure they meet quality standards
4.Review Production Batch Records as per Quality Plan and other manufacturing-related documents to verify compliance.
5.Calibration standards: Maintaining calibrated test equipment and records.
6.Supplier Inspection and Performance: Testing products from suppliers and keeping records of their performance.
7.Reporting: Writing reports on findings and passing them to managers.
8.Coordination: Assist in the coordination of testing results involving finished products, raw materials, and packaging components and the appropriate release and hold programs associated with these materials.
Requisite Skills:
1.Working knowledge of ISO 9001 / API Spec Q1
2.Following CAPA, NCR, FMEA and/or Production Quality Processes.
