Job Summary: Quality Assurance Specialist
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess expertise in quality control processes, export certifications, and compliance standards. Proficiency in CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) operation and a strong command of English, both written and verbal, are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Quality Assurance and Compliance:
1.Develop, implement, and monitor the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with ISO, FDA, and other relevant standards.
2.Support audits and inspections, including preparation, documentation, and follow-up actions.
3.Review and approve quality-related documents such as inspection reports, non-conformance reports, and corrective actions.
4.Ensure that all products meet established quality standards and specifications.

Process Improvement:
1.Identify and resolve quality-related issues within production and service delivery processes.
2.Conduct root cause analyses and collaborate with teams to develop corrective actions.
3.Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Product/Process Monitoring:
1.Perform regular quality checks and audits on materials, products, and production processes.
2.Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in product quality.
3.Evaluate new materials, suppliers, and processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.

Training and Support:
1.Train staff on quality standards, procedures, and best practices.
2.Provide guidance and support to other departments on quality-related matters.

Documentation and Reporting:
1.Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of quality checks, inspections, and audits.
2.Prepare detailed reports on quality performance, compliance issues, and improvement initiatives.

Collaboration and Communication:
1.Work closely with production, engineering, and logistics teams to maintain product quality throughout the supply chain.
2.Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders regarding quality and compliance matters.

Candidate Requirements:
1.Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
2.Experience in managing quality processes for export products and certifications.
3.Proficiency in operating CMM machines and interpreting measurement data.
4.Strong knowledge of ISO standards, FDA regulations, and other compliance frameworks.
5.Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
6.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
