Quality inspector / Qc Exceutive / Qaulity Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Quality Inspector with expertise in sheet metal products to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of quality control processes, technical knowledge, and the ability to ensure products meet the required standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Basic Drawing Reading:
1.Interpret and understand technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to ensure compliance during production.

Incoming Inspection:
1.Inspect and verify the quality of raw materials and components received from suppliers.
2.Ensure materials meet quality standards and resolve any non-conformance issues.

In-Process Inspection:
1.Conduct regular inspections during the production process to ensure adherence to specifications.
2.Identify and address defects or deviations in real-time.

Welding Process Awareness:
1.Monitor and evaluate welding processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.
2.Identify defects in welding and suggest corrective measures.

Press Brake Knowledge Process:
1.Inspect and ensure the accuracy of bending operations using press brake machines.
2.Verify compliance with production drawings and quality requirements.

Rejection and PPM Calculation:
1.Analyze and document rejected items and calculate Parts Per Million (PPM) for quality reporting.
2.Suggest improvements to reduce rejection rates and improve efficiency.
