Travel Details
1. Pick-up and Drop Services are provided by the company.
2. Pick-up Point: Virar Railway Station
3. Drop Points: - Virar Phata Highway, Virar Railway Station
4. The distance from Virar Station to Shivansai is approximately 16 km, with a travel time of around 40 minutes.
Quality & Vendor Management Scope:
1 Quality Plan & Inspection of Steel Material
2 Ensure compliance with relevant quality standards and specifications.
3 Perform dimensional, visual, and chemical inspections.
4 Vendor Capacity Assessment & Evaluation
5 Evaluate production capabilities, manpower, and infrastructure.
6 Assess vendor performance history and lead times.
7 Rejection & Rework Data Analysis
8 Analyze causes of rejection and rework trends.
9 Implement corrective actions to reduce defects.
10 Vendor Rating System
11 Rate vendors based on quality, delivery, cost, and service parameters.
12 Maintain records for continuous performance tracking and improvement.
