Job summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and responsible QC Officer to lead quality control functions across all stages of production. The role involves developing quality documentation, implementing control systems, analyzing rejections, handling client audits, and ensuring overall quality assurance of all manufacturing activities.

Traveling from Vasai Station to Golani Naka a distance of 6.7 km in approximately 18 minutes by rickshaw
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop QC formats for Inward Inspection, In-Process Inspection, Job-Work Inspection, and Finished Goods Inspection.
2. Design and implement Operational Control Procedures (OCPs) for all key production stages.
3. Establish QC teams at multiple operational levels, assign roles, conduct regular training and refreshers.
4. Monitor and verify QC reports generated by supervisors at every stage of production.
5. Conduct thorough Pre-Dispatch Quality Check reports and ensure quality clearance before shipment.
6. Analyze material rejections across all stages, prepare detailed rejection analysis reports.
7. Handle client visits for quality audits or rejection cases and participate in discussions professionally.
8. Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for major non-conformances and establish corrective & preventive actions.
9. Prepare, maintain, and periodically review the plant-wide Quality Assurance Plan.
10. Lead continuous improvement initiatives for quality enhancement across operations.
