QA Head / Quality Head

Important Note - The candidate should have good working experience in the flexible packaging industry (Roto Grover Industry).

Skills are needed in the following areas:

1. Knowledge of Printing / Lamination / Pouching & Slitting
2. Testing of printing/lamination/slitting and pouching samples
3. Checking Ink and adhesive GSM during printing and lamination process
4. Approval of printing jobs as per customer approved sample and /or shade cards
5. Matching of print run as per approved shade 
6. Knowledge of Inks and Cylinders
7. Testing of all incoming raw materials, sampling as per plan
8. Testing of jobs during process and finished products
9. Maintaining proper records, tracking and retrieval of samples
    
10. General Responsibilities Knowledge of Standards
11. Supervisory and management skills are a must. Ability to plan, organize, direct, control and lead.
12. Reviews department Record and Related SOP For Quality
13. Develop and maintain Standard Operating Practices
14. Work with vendors on quality related issues
15. Verified the Record of Quality throughout The Process ( E.G Incoming Material , In Process Check, and Out going Finished Product
16. Maintaining Record As Per Quality Plan
17. Handling For Non Conformity throughout the process
18. Handling of Customer Complaint
19. Handling Audit related Record which are Applicable to Quality
20. Understands the production workflow
21. Establishes priority of work for material inspection(Works with scheduling and production to establish priorities of work for material inspection)
22. Checks, analyzes daily quality control reports of the previous night AEs work and activity reports of quality control inspectors.
23. Supervises inspection of shipment of customer samples produced by the machine
24. Maintains files on all jobs run
25. Exposures to working in a ERP environment
26. New Job/ design analysis and understanding its complexities while taking commercial run
