The ideal candidate should have prior experience in vendor coordination, procurement, and negotiation within this sector. Preparing Purchase orders
- Engaging with vendors – Continuous vendor relationship
- Identify new vendors
- Backup of purchase plans
- Stock allocation as per strategic requirement
- Ensuring on-time material availability
- Maintaining stock at the prescribed level.
- Man Management and supervising the team performance, especially for TAT deliverables.
- Maintaining stock at the prescribed level and having periodic stock and SOP audits at the factory end.
- Making Purchase plan – monthly/quarterly/annually
