Job Summary:
Looking for a Purchase Assistance with 1–2 years of experience. The candidate has experience in the engineering industry and should be skilled in vendor coordination, purchase processes, and MS Office.
Responsibility:
1) Procurement of industry material as per requirement of project.
2) Working on project-to-project material requirements & planning, co-ordinate with stores & execution of entire procurement process and scrutinizing the purchase requisitions.
3) Cost reduction through development of alternate suppliers and alternate materials.
4) Prepare purchase comparatives statement, work out the costing and negotiation, preparation of purchase orders as per Indent receive.
5) Follow up with vendor about materials supply, delivery schedule and Invoices.
6) Co-ordination with vendor for purchase order acknowledgement and timely delivery.
7) Vendor Visit as per projects requirement.
8) Processing vendor Invoices along with verifying with supporting document and submit it to accounts.
9) Required Inventory management in ERP software.
10) Co-ordination with accounts department for bill passing and payment.
11) Doing inventory management and assisting in Implementation of best practices for Material Management.
