"Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee signage projects across various sectors, including Airports & Infrastructure, Commercial & Residential, Hospitality & Healthcare, and Retail & QSR. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in the signage industry and be capable of managing projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality control.
The candidate should be a local resident of Mumbai, with a maximum travel time of 1.5 hours, to ensure seamless project coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Planning
o Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
o Ensure project milestones and deadlines are met effectively.
2. Team Coordination & Execution
o Lead and manage cross-functional teams, including designers, engineers, and installation teams.
o Oversee the execution of projects, ensuring quality standards and safety regulations are followed.
3. Budget & Client Management
o Prepare and control project budgets, ensuring cost-effective resource utilization.
o Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing concerns.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
1. Industry Experience: Prior experience managing signage projects in sectors such as airports, commercial buildings, hospitality, and retail.
2. Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of signage manufacturing processes, materials, and installation techniques.
3. Leadership & Problem-Solving: Ability to lead teams, resolve conflicts, and handle project challenges effectively.
